BRIDGES is fiscally sponsored by the Sweet Grass Community Foundation.
The purpose of BRIDGES is:
1. To form a structured volunteer group to provide social support and enhance the quality of life of each resident of the Pioneer Medical Center Long Term Care Facility;
2. To promote a vibrant atmosphere, enriching the lives of residents and staff;
3. To identify local individuals, service organizations and schools, encouraging and coordinating their participation in the Long Term Care community;
4. To assist with fundraising to provide materials for resident activities.
